As a premier custom home builder in Myrtle Beach, we empower our clients to determine the final cost of their homes. Our contracts are written with a base price that includes an addendum of reasonable allowances according to specs we have discussed. The allowances are a dollar per dollar allowances and all of our vendors discuss contractor pricing directly with our clients.
We believe transparency creates trust through the building process. For example, Our clients are free to either upgrade or to save money where they choose on allowance items without being penalized. We remind our customers throughout the process that allowance money is their money. If you chose not to use all of your allowance money, you are not charged for something you didn’t spend. If you chose to spend more than your allowance, you will only need to cover the overage.
