Swift Creek Homes guarantees our homes to be free of any defects for one year after the completion of construction. We provide our homeowners with all manufacturer warranties for products installed in the home for one year. We also provide a transferrable seven-year structural warranty for all of our homes.
In addition to our home warranties, our clients may request a complimentary drywall and paint inspection one year after the completion of construction of their custom home.
